About Absolutely Delicious Catering, LLC
In February of 2000, Veronica Esparza opened the Absolutely Delicious Cafe in San Antonio as the first step toward her goal of becoming one of the city's leading caterers. Along with a staff of two, she served diners in her 24-seat restaurant and began catering for weddings for up to 400 people.
By 2001, the business had grown rapidly and she incorporated. In December of that year, she was awarded a contract by the University of Texas Health Science Center at the Texas Research Park. She moved her operations there.
This was a milestone event and became the springboard for the level of success the company is enjoying today. The staff of Absolutely Delicious Catering, LLC now stands at 13 full-time and 15 part-time employees and can provide service for events hosting more than 7,000 people.
