Our event was absolutely perfect! Maria and the rest of your staff did an outstanding job. I received several compliments from everyone one in attendance. The meal was spectacular and personally I really enjoyed the pan fried corn cake and chicken. The staff was very helpful and did their best to make sure everyone was properly served.

I really appreciate Veronica, Maria, and everyone involved in making this one of our best events yet. You guys met and exceeded any expectations I had. Using your company was one of the best decisions I could've made because y'all did all the work and made it incredibly easy for me. I'll be sure to recommend you the next time our group is in San Antonio.

Yesterday was truly a treat for everyone attending our luncheon. The overall experience was absolutely festive, which was exactly what we had in mind. The quality of food served at this event was superb.

Everyone walking into the luncheon could not take their eyes off the beautiful glass centerpiece that braced the entrance. Gabino and his staff are always a delight to have as part of our event.

We were absolutely thrilled with everything about the Crystal Room. Nidia was very knowlegeable and guided me in the right direction with food and decor selections.

When we walked in, the room was absolutely breathtaking. The waitstaff was extremely accommodating and even anticipated what we would need. You could tell they are very experienced with these types of events.

All of our guests were so impressed - they couldn't believe we pulled the whole thing off in 10 days. You really made us look good!

EVERYTHING was WONDERFUL! Thank you all so much. Our "ROCK BAND" competition was a hit! The food was Absolutely Delicious, the beer and wine were ICY COLD, and the staff was wonderful! The gentleman who was available to us on the spot and worked on the the sound system was a GENIUS! We could not have enjoyed the nights entertainment without him. Please give him an extra greeting of gratitude for us. We loved the set up and the room was beautiful. Thank you all for making our evening a GREAT SUCCESS! The reception and ceremony were absolutely beautiful. I had this idea in my head that Veronica helped to translate. It was better than I could of imagined. I cannot wait to see the picture our photographer took. Steve was very impressed with the setup and quality of food. He could not believe we pulled off such an amazing event in such little time. The staff was absolutely terrific, Monica was quick to see if we needed anything and very attentive as well as JR. Additionally, Rene (i believe his name was) was quite nice to offer up the swing to take a picture, absolutely a memorable moment. All in all I was very impressed with everything. Thank you and your staff for making sunday one of the most memorable days of our lives, I could not of planned this in 3 weeks without your help! Thanks again.

The reception for Dr. Medrano was wonderful. The menu was particularly special, as were the table decorations. As usual, the service was superb, headed by Gabino.

We were pleased with the large turn-out for this special event for Dr. Medrano and I heard quite a few comments on the beautiful presentation and the menu items.
